Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, such as your email address, campaign inputs, Rebrand source material and saved outputs, saved project settings, activation and license information, affiliate or distributor information, tracked-link settings and purchase status. We may also record basic source and campaign attribution so we can understand how visitors found the service.

How we use it

We use information to provide and improve Ninja List Marketing products, deliver activation and service messages, save projects, process upgrades, attribute referrals, prevent abuse, measure product performance and communicate with users who have requested our content or services.

Link Ninja measurement

When someone opens a Link Ninja URL, we may record the link and selected destination, time, referring page and browser/device user-agent. We use a one-way daily visitor hash to estimate unique clicks without storing a raw IP address in Link Ninja click records. A first-party attribution cookie may connect a tracked click to a later Ninja List Marketing opt-in or purchase. Link owners are responsible for providing any notices required for their own campaigns.

Tracking allowances

When an account reaches its tracking allowance, new per-click analytics and new click-attribution cookies pause while published links keep redirecting. We keep anonymous aggregate counts and first/last omitted-visit times to enforce destination caps and identify reporting gaps. These counters contain no visitor identifiers, referrers or user-agent strings. Existing attribution cookies and separate sticky-routing assignments can remain active. Private beta is exempt from tracking allowances.

Sticky-visitor routing

Links using sticky routing set a random first-party browser cookie to remember destination choices. We store a link-specific hash of that random identifier and the assigned destination, separate from account identity and daily unique-click estimates. Assignments expire 30 days after their last use; expired records are removed in periodic batches. Clearing or blocking cookies prevents reliable recognition. Link owners may change routing modes or destinations; caps and unavailable destinations override an assignment.

Your campaign leads

Rebrand Ninja edits and exports your document. Ninja List Marketing does not receive or market to the leads you collect through your own squeeze pages, forms or autoresponder unless those people separately choose to enter a Ninja List Marketing offer.

Service providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, AI generation, email delivery, analytics, payments and affiliate tracking. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
