Use of the software

Ninja List Marketing products are provided for lawful marketing and business use. Users are responsible for the content they create, the claims they publish, the lists they contact and compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, email and affiliate rules.

No income guarantee

Examples, projections and marketing experiments do not guarantee earnings. Results depend on traffic, offer quality, market conditions, execution, costs and many other factors.

Licenses and access

Free, Pro, membership and future rebrand rights may provide different permissions. Specific product-license terms shown at purchase control. Rebranding or redistribution rights are not granted unless the applicable product or license expressly includes them.

Affiliate programs

Affiliate tracking and commissions may be administered by external marketplaces. Eligibility, attribution, refunds and payouts are subject to the selected marketplace's rules as well as any offer-specific terms.
