Use of the software
Ninja List Marketing products are provided for lawful marketing and business use. Users are responsible for the content they create, the claims they publish, the lists they contact and compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, email and affiliate rules.
Tracked links
Link Ninja may be used only for lawful destinations the account owner is authorized to promote. It may not be used for phishing, malware, deceptive impersonation, evading platform enforcement or concealing unlawful content. We may pause or disable unsafe links. Link owners remain responsible for affiliate disclosures, privacy notices, destination content and the rules of each advertising or affiliate platform they use.
No income guarantee
Examples, projections and marketing experiments do not guarantee earnings. Results depend on traffic, offer quality, market conditions, execution, costs and many other factors.
Content rights and Rebrand Ninja
You may submit only material you own or have permission or valid PLR rights to modify and publish. You remain responsible for verifying those rights, reviewing AI-generated edits and removing unsupported or unlawful claims. Rebrand Ninja access lets you create assets for your own business; client-use, redistribution, resale or publisher rights are not granted unless a separate license expressly includes them.
Licenses and access
Free, Pro, Rebrand, membership and future publisher rights may provide different permissions. Specific product-license terms shown at purchase control.
Link Ninja launch pricing, usage and cancellation
Paid Link Ninja Pro checkout is not open during this beta. At public launch, the standalone plan is $9 USD per month until canceled, with 25 active or paused links at the standard allowance and 10,000 tracked clicks per funded billing month. Free includes 3 active or paused links and 500 tracked clicks per UTC calendar month. Non-billed Pro grants use calendar-month tracking windows. Beta does not automatically enroll users in billing.
After a tracking allowance is reached, new click analytics pause. Published redirects and existing routing safeguards continue, with anonymous counters used to enforce destination caps. Recorded reporting excludes omitted visits and identifies gaps. There are no automatic overage charges. Previously tracked visitors may still generate attributed conversions. Missing visitor details are not backfilled later.
Cancel future recurring payments through the billing provider. Confirmed cancellation preserves access through the unrefunded paid period. Failed payments do not extend access. Existing published routing and saved history remain after downgrade, while Free restrictions apply to new links and advanced features.
Link Ninja first-payment refunds
A full refund of the first Link Ninja Pro payment may be requested within 14 days of that payment. Contact support@ninjalistmarketing.com with your account email and order reference. The guarantee does not restart on renewals or re-subscriptions. Processing a first-payment refund also requires cancellation of future billing at the provider. Cancellation alone does not refund earlier payments. Refunded periods cease to provide access; other valid access sources remain independent.
Renewals are not routinely prorated. Billing errors, service problems and applicable refund rights are addressed through support. These Link Ninja terms do not change the separate Squeeze Pro, Campaign Pass or Rebrand licenses. See Link Ninja tracking and billing help for counting rules and reset behavior.
Affiliate programs
Affiliate tracking and commissions may be administered by external marketplaces. Eligibility, attribution, refunds and payouts are subject to the selected marketplace's rules as well as any offer-specific terms.
