QUICK START & HELP

Get your first page working.

Follow the steps below from account activation to a tested signup. Already have an account? Log in here.

1. Activate your account

Create your account, then look for “Your Squeeze Ninja activation code” in your inbox. Click the secure activation button or copy the code into the activation page. No purchase is required.

  • Check Spam or Promotions and confirm you entered the right email address.
  • Use Resend activation email if the message has not arrived. Allow a few minutes before requesting another.
  • Already activated? Use Log in → Resend my code to recover access.
  • Opening an old or expired link? Request a fresh message. Your saved projects remain in your account.

Email Ninja: campaigns you can keep using

Email starter briefs: In the Campaign brief tab, open “Need a starting point?” and choose Welcome, Affiliate or Broadcast. This starts a new editable brief without saving, using credits or sending anything. Replace the guidance with your own offer and audience, add your CTA URL, then explicitly save or generate. Saved campaigns remain in My campaigns; confirm before discarding unsaved work.

Open Email Ninja from Member Hub. Start a sequence or one broadcast, describe the offer and audience, and add facts the emails can use. A URL alone does not supply product information. You can save a brief and write manually before generating anything.

Private beta: activated Ninja accounts currently receive a separate allowance of 30 generated emails per UTC calendar month, with up to 10 emails in one generation. One generated or regenerated email uses one credit. Reserved work appears in the meter while it is running; failed or incomplete attempts release their credits. Imports, profile use, manual edits, previews and exports use none. This allowance is separate from Squeeze Ninja’s page allowance. Pricing and final access tiers will be defined before public launch.

Reuse your work: save brand/sender, product and audience profiles and apply them to a campaign brief. Each campaign keeps its own copy. Choose a generated Campaign Pack from the import list to copy its follow-up emails, promotional emails or both. The original Squeeze Ninja project stays unchanged. Importing the same section again opens its existing copy.

Edit and track: select an email to change its subject, alternative subjects, preview text, body, CTA, purpose or suggested send day. Regenerating one email preserves the rest. Reordering keeps the days you entered; review them afterward. Add an active Link Ninja link, or create one in the new tab and refresh the list. Existing Link Ninja access and limits apply; email opens and outside signups/sales are not automatically tracked.

Export and send: Download Emails saves your changes and downloads a ZIP containing individual HTML and plain-text emails, subjects, suggested schedule, campaign data and a checklist. It is not a universal provider-import file. Copy the drafts into your provider, set the subject and preview text separately, replace every CTA/footer placeholder, check the affiliate disclosure if applicable and make a test send. The provider handles recipients, unsubscribe processing and actual scheduling/sending. Email Ninja never sends email or enrolls contacts.

Keep edits safe: use Save Campaign and Save Profile. Unsaved changes prompt before switching campaigns or leaving the page. If another tab saves first, your current edits remain on screen; copy them somewhere safe, then reopen the saved campaign to compare. Save or export existing emails before confirming a replacement sequence. Archived campaigns remain under Show archived. If beta or membership access ends, saved campaigns remain available to edit and export; new campaigns, imports, profile saves and AI generation require access.

Quick Start Campaigns

Open Need an idea? Quick Start Campaigns above the four questions in the builder. Choose an affiliate guide, product comparison checklist, weekly content planner, beginner’s how-to guide or resource/toolkit giveaway. Select Use This Starter to fill an example offer, audience, giveaway, benefit and writing style.

Personalize every answer to match your own resource and audience. These are starting briefs, not downloadable lead magnets: you create or supply the actual guide, planner, checklist or toolkit and its working resource URL.

All five starters are included with Free. Selection uses no AI generations and does not create, publish or save a page. Choose Build My Squeeze Page when ready; normal account activation and monthly generation limits apply.

If answers are already present, Ninja asks before replacing them. Keep My Answers or Escape cancels. An available saved account draft is loaded for review before replacement is offered. Your saved projects and the page currently in the editor are untouched by starter selection. Save any page edits before generating a new page.

TRY THE WEEKLY PLANNER STARTER

Launch Your First Campaign

Member Hub now includes a five-step checklist: save your page, connect its email form, add your download/resource, publish and report a signup test, then create a Link Ninja tracking link.

Choose the campaign you want to finish and use Continue Setup. It opens that saved project at the relevant settings. If you have not created a page yet, it opens the builder or your pending draft. Choose Save Pages before returning to Member Hub; unsaved edits do not change the checklist.

Progress is calculated from saved settings. Your chosen campaign and whether the checklist is collapsed are saved with your account. The title bar opens or collapses the checklist; your tools stay available. Use Refresh Progress after editing, or return to the tab to refresh automatically.

A form or resource URL being configured does not prove it works. Publishing remains on your own hosting, and signup verification is reported by you. Relevant form/resource/page-URL changes require a new test. The checklist does not submit a signup, send an email, publish a page or consume AI generations.

For tracking, first save the real Published squeeze page URL in the builder. The handoff fills that destination into Link Ninja and waits for you to review and create it. It works on Free within your link allowance; Pro-only labels are not required. A matching existing link is shown for review instead of creating another one.

The tracking step checks your current saved routes. Paused or archived links and routes stopped by a cap or schedule need attention. Rotating links may also send traffic elsewhere. Changing the published URL or link settings can make the step incomplete again. This check does not open the destination or establish uptime, traffic or sales.

OPEN MY CAMPAIGN CHECKLIST

2. Build and save a page

Open Squeeze Ninja and describe your offer, audience, free resource and main benefit. Choose a style, generate the page and review the copy. Edit the preview and save the project so you can reopen it.

Free includes five AI page generations per monthly cycle. Squeeze Pro includes 25. Check the allowance shown inside the app for your current cycle. Editing your saved copy does not require a new AI page generation.

The follow-up email Campaign Pack is a paid feature. A Campaign Pass covers one successful Pro campaign; it does not upgrade every project in your account.

OPEN THE BUILDER

3. Connect your list and publish

Squeeze Ninja exports HTML for your own website. You need hosting, a working email-provider signup form and a hosted resource.

  1. Create an inline signup form in your email provider for the intended list or audience.
  2. In the Ninja builder’s Lead form section, paste its complete code and click Import Form. Review the detected provider, fields and any guidance.
  3. Click Save Pages to keep the imported settings with the campaign.
  4. Set your provider’s thank-you destination to your published download page where supported. Respect its email-confirmation flow.
  5. Export and upload the squeeze and download pages to your own HTTPS hosting.
  6. Submit an address you control on the published page. Confirm the correct list, name/other fields, confirmation email and resource delivery.

Code imported does not mean subscriber delivery verified. The editor preview does not submit signups or run provider scripts. Use the Ready to Publish checks before sharing. See the provider guide for supported formats.

Ready to Publish?

The builder checks the form settings, download destination, main copy and common placeholder markers as you edit. Use Go to step to jump to a field that needs attention.

Before copying or downloading unfinished pages, you can review the checks or continue with a draft. Draft export is how you upload the page and run a real signup test. No page is published and no subscriber is added by exporting.

  1. Upload your draft to your own hosting.
  2. Enter its real URL under Published squeeze page URL.
  3. Submit a test address you control, complete any confirmation, check the intended list and obtain the resource.
  4. Check the confirmation box and choose Record test + save.

The status says test reported by you. Ninja does not independently verify delivery. Your report applies to the form and destinations that were tested; changing those settings requires a new test. Copy edits alone do not reset it. Retest after changes made directly in your provider account or hosting, too. Use Clear test report and Save Pages to remove a report.

These checks do not visit URLs, guarantee deliverability, review the truth of your copy or catch every placeholder. Existing export validation still rejects malformed or unsupported settings.

CONNECT YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER

Find the right signup form details.

Choose your provider below to see where its form code comes from and what to keep. If you opened this guide from the builder, leave that tab open and return to it when you are ready.

Paste once, then review

Choose Automatic to match your page when the HTML form is supported, or use a recognized provider embed. Match my page imports the submission URL, email/name mappings, hidden values, supported checkboxes and notices. Provider design uses a supported inline loader and its public IDs. Imported settings are included when you save the campaign.

JavaScript is never run during import or inside the editor. For embeds, the provider’s form appears on the exported page; it may use cookies, tracking and its own consent settings. Only recognized loader settings are retained, not arbitrary pasted scripts. Importing costs no AI generations.

Supported formats and limits
  • GetResponse: plain HTML; supported legacy view_webform_v2.js snippets. New Web Connect snippets are not supported in this release.
  • AWeber: standard Raw HTML and forms.aweber.com/form/… inline snippets.
  • Mailchimp: standard POST HTML, including the audience URL, empty bot-trap field and supported consent checkboxes. Dynamic CAPTCHA forms need their provider flow; there is no general Mailchimp script embed adapter yet.
  • Kit: basic HTML subscription forms or supported data-uid inline script snippets.
  • ActiveCampaign: basic Full Embed HTML or the standard /f/embed.php?id=… inline snippet.
  • MailerLite: current Universal JavaScript plus ml-embedded placement code, together. Uses the provider’s design; Classic snippets are not supported yet.
  • Constant Contact: Universal Code plus Inline Code, together. Uses the provider’s design.

Extra text fields, dropdowns, radio groups, dynamic CAPTCHA and unsupported code receive an explanation. Use a supported provider inline embed to preserve those features, or contact support. Do not remove required consent or anti-spam controls just to make an import pass. Preselected checkboxes become unchecked so visitors choose for themselves. This release has automated fixture coverage; live delivery depends on your provider account and form settings.

Using manual fields

Manual settings remain available for simple forms. Enter the full action URL and exact email and name field names. The default name field is first_name, and you can change it. Manual settings do not add provider IDs, hidden fields or consent controls; import the full form whenever these are needed. Remove an imported form to return to manual settings.

Paste public signup code only. Never enter an account password or private API key. You can replace an imported form by pasting new code and importing again. A failed import leaves the current form unchanged.

GetResponsePlain HTML or Web Connect

GetResponse publishes a plain HTML form sample. Enable plain HTML signups in the target list’s settings; new lists block them by default. The form needs its list token and may include thank-you and autoresponder settings in hidden fields. Keep those values with the form. The newer Forms and Popups editor instead supplies Web Connect and a form snippet.

AWeberRaw HTML for an inline form

Open Sign Up Forms, choose your form and select Publish. Under I Will Install My Form, choose Raw HTML Version and copy the complete code. Keep the form’s hidden fields along with the email and name fields. If you only see a JavaScript snippet, check the form type; inline forms offer the raw HTML option.

MailchimpAudience-specific action and fields

Use the form for the intended audience. Mailchimp’s custom-form instructions identify the submission action, user/audience identifiers and exact input names. Preserve those values and any required fields from your form; do not guess the email field name. Keep any required consent and anti-spam elements when setting up the finished form.

MailerLiteJavaScript plus placement code

Create your embedded form in MailerLite and follow its installation instructions. The documented method uses a JavaScript snippet in the page head and a smaller piece of code where the form should appear. Keep both pieces together. Paste both snippets into the Ninja form-code box and import them together. The preview shows a placeholder; the exported page loads your provider form.

Kit (formerly ConvertKit)HTML or JavaScript from Embed

Open the form builder and choose Embed. Kit offers JavaScript and HTML options and recommends JavaScript for normal embedding. Full HTML is available, but changes made later in Kit require copying that HTML again. Keep the selected form’s confirmation and required-field settings in mind when preparing your page.

ActiveCampaignFull Embed for an inline form

Go to Website → Forms, edit the inline form and select Integrate. Copy the Full Embed code to obtain its HTML and styling. The Simple Embed option uses JavaScript instead. Retain the form’s identifiers and field values when preparing a custom design; removing styling alone does not verify that submissions work.

Constant ContactUniversal Code plus Inline Code

Create and activate an inline signup form. From Audience Growth → Sign-up Forms (or the Sign-up Forms area in your account), obtain the Universal Code and the form’s Inline Code. The Universal Code belongs in your website footer; the Inline Code controls where the form appears. Keep both pieces. Paste both snippets together in the Ninja form-code box; do not put them in the manual Form Action URL field.

Constant Contact installation instructions (opens in a new tab) ↗
Check the finished signup
  1. Publish the page with the complete, compatible form configuration.
  2. Submit an email address you control and complete any confirmation email.
  3. Check that the subscriber appears in the correct provider list, group or audience and that the intended fields arrived.
  4. Follow the thank-you/download path and verify that the resource opens.

A good-looking preview or successful code import does not establish subscriber delivery. If signup fails, keep the exact error and contact support before sending traffic.

Provider instructions reviewed October 2, 2026. Menu labels and available form types can vary; use the official guide linked under your provider for its current steps.

4. Add tracking before you share

Create a Link Ninja link pointing to the published page. Give each placement its own source/campaign labels where your access allows, and share the tracked URL. Open it once to confirm the destination, then check its click report.

External email-provider signups and outside purchases are not automatically reported as Link Ninja conversions. Ninja lead and purchase attribution applies to supported Ninja activity.

Equal rotation weights are probabilities; they do not force alternating clicks. Sticky visitor mode keeps a browser on an eligible destination. Caps and schedules can move it to another destination or the fallback.

Which features can I use?

Your Member Hub and each tool show the access on your account. Link Ninja currently has private-beta access; its planned Pro price is $9/month, and its standalone checkout is not open. Beta access does not enroll you in paid billing.

Any button labeled “demo purchase” is a simulation and collects no money. Contact support if your access does not match a confirmed purchase.

OPEN MEMBER HUB

Campaign Ninja: connect your launch assets

Open Campaign Ninja from Member Hub and name a workspace. Select your saved Squeeze page, Rebrand resource or resource URL, Email Ninja campaign, and Link Ninja tracking link. A QR design is optional and must use that same tracking link. You may save incomplete workspaces.

Save changes in each tool, then return and choose Refresh saved progress. The checklist uses saved settings and identifies mismatched download URLs, unavailable assets and tracking routes that are not currently eligible. A reported signup test is your report, not independent verification. Attached emails remain drafts; nothing is sent automatically.

Archiving a workspace only hides it from the default list. Show archived to reopen it and clear the archive setting to restore it. Links, pages, emails and printed QR codes remain unchanged. Private beta supports up to 100 workspaces, including archived campaigns. Workspace actions use no AI credits, and each tool retains its own access limits.
